Rebel Made Fitness PL. ABOUT — CHAPTER ONE

I quit a desk.
I picked up a bar.
You can too.

A long-form letter from your coach, Coach B — for the woman who keeps reading every "about" page hoping to find a real person on the other end.

I. BEFORE

I was a computer tech and a mom. That was the whole sentence for years. I solved other people's problems in tickets, picked up my kids, made dinner, doom-scrolled, and started over the next morning. From the outside it looked fine. From the inside I knew I was losing something I couldn't name yet.

I had loved fitness for as long as I could remember. I trained mixed martial arts — properly, not Instagram-properly. I knew what it felt like to be in a body that could move, take a hit, and hit back. And I knew I was watching that body fade because I was too busy keeping everyone else's day from falling apart.

II. THE DECISION

The decision moment wasn't dramatic. There was no rock-bottom photo. I just woke up one morning and finally let myself say it out loud: I want to do this for real. Not as a side thing. Not as a hobby. As the work.

So I started over. I got certified. I started taking clients. I built Rebel Made Fitness on one stubborn idea — that the women I knew, the moms and the office-job 9-to-5ers and the women coming back from babies and breakups, deserved a coach who would meet them where they actually live. Not where Instagram tells them they should be.

III. THE TRANSFORMATION THAT CONFIRMED IT

One client. Hesitant when she came to me. Unmotivated in the way that isn't laziness — the way that's exhaustion wearing a mask. We started with the basics. Walking. Protein. Showing up three days a week. No drama. No transformations posted at thirty days. Just the boring, repeatable work.

Eight months later she had lost thirty pounds. She was hitting PRs. She was the one texting me at 5:43 in the morning to say she'd added weight to the squat. She liked the gym now. She liked herself in the gym, which is the harder thing.

That was the moment I knew. Not the weight loss — anyone can sell weight loss. It was the way she walked into the room differently. That's the actual product. The basics, done relentlessly, until they make you a different person.

IV. WHAT I REFUSE TO DO

Before/after shame. The "no excuses" yelling that masquerades as motivation. Bro-science that tells women to eat 800 calories and a multivitamin. Fake guru energy. I will not coach you that way and I will not let you talk to yourself that way either.

What I will do: show up. Answer your messages. Tell you the truth when the truth is "you're doing fine, keep going" and tell you the truth when the truth is "you're skipping squats and I see it." That's the deal.

VI. ONE THING YOU PROBABLY DIDN'T EXPECT

I trained in mixed martial arts. I'm a mom. The two things teach the same lesson — show up, get hit, get up, repeat.

VII. THE PROMISE

If you work with me, you will not look like anyone else. You will look like the strongest version of yourself. That's the whole brand. That's why it's called Rebel Made — because the women I work with are not built off a template. They're built off a decision.

If you've read this far, you're already most of the way to making one.
